Start with the way you already coach
One subscription, paid by you. Your clients never pay onTrainer. Change tier or cancel whenever you want, and nothing you have built gets deleted.

Which of these is your week?
Pick the one that sounds like you. That is the tier, and you can move between them at any time.

Gym Coach
Everyone you train, you train in person. You want the bookings, the credits and the paperwork to stop living in your phone.

Hybrid Coach
Most coaches
Half the week is on the floor, half is online. You write programs, you send check-ins, and you run sessions over a link.

Online Coach
You rarely share a room with them. What their body is doing between sessions is most of what you have to work with.
The floor
In every tier, including the cheapest
Nothing here is held back to make a higher tier look better. This is what running your practice on onTrainer means, whichever one you are on.
Clients and invites
Profiles, invite links, and everything you know about them in one place.
Calendar and credits
Self-booking against a balance, with your cancellation rule enforced.
Intake and medical flags
Versioned forms, and a flag on the profile where you will see it.
Push notifications
Reminders and confirmations, so you stop chasing people yourself.
Finance dashboard
The simplified view: who owes what, what was used, what is coming.
Plans and payment methods
What each client is on, and how they pay you. Recorded, not processed.
What it costs
What you add on top
Every tier is billed to you, monthly or yearly. Switching mid cycle charges the difference, not a fresh period.

How billing works
Plain answers to the four things coaches ask before they pay for anything.
What happens when I move up a tier?
The new features unlock as soon as the payment is confirmed. Mid cycle, you are charged the difference for the days remaining.
What happens when I move down?
Everything you built stays visible to you and your clients, and becomes read only until you move back up. Nothing is deleted, with one exception: leaving Online Coach stops health sync and removes the health history it collected. You see exactly what will go before you confirm, and affected clients are told separately.
Do my clients pay through onTrainer?
No. You keep taking payment the way you do today. onTrainer records what a client is on and what they have paid, so credits and sessions line up.
Who handles my card details?
Stripe. When you subscribe you finish on Stripe’s own payment page and come back afterwards. Card numbers are never entered on an onTrainer screen.
Start on the trial, pick a tier later
No card up front. You choose when the trial ends, and the work you did during it comes with you.
