The problem

Right now you are the integration layer

Five tools that do not talk to each other, joined up by you.

  • WhatsAppClient chats
  • Google CalendarBookings
  • ExcelPrograms
  • Your banking appPayments
  • ZoomOnline sessions
  • No-shows cost you money

Nothing enforces a cancellation window, so a late drop-out is an hour you already blocked.

  • Programs live in a spreadsheet

Your client cannot follow it on a phone, so it becomes another message to you.

  • Progress is invisible

Their watch records everything. None of it reaches you without a screenshot.

What today looks likeOn onTrainer

  • What today looks like: A booking lives in a chat message

On onTrainer: A booking is a slot, and it spends a credit

  • What today looks like: You chase the no-show yourself

On onTrainer: The cancellation window is the workspace's rule, not your argument

  • What today looks like: The program is a spreadsheet they cannot open at the rack

On onTrainer: The program is on their phone, set by set

  • What today looks like: You ask how the week went

On onTrainer: The check-in is due on their phone and the answer is on the profile

  • What today looks like: Their watch data reaches you as a screenshot, or not at all

On onTrainer: A series moving the wrong way is raised to you

  • What today looks like: You total the month in your head

On onTrainer: What you are owed is a view

What it does

Four things, done properly

  • Programs and workout builder

Build once, assign it, and they run it set by set with last week's weight already in the field.

    Programming features
  • Calendar, booking and credits

Clients book against a credit balance. Your cancellation rule is enforced by the workspace, not by you over chat.

    Scheduling features
  • Check-ins and progress

Recurring forms on their phone. Medical flags land on the client profile, where you see them before the session.

    Check-in features
  • Health sync and coach alerts

    Online Coach

Read-only sync from Apple Health and Health Connect, with the client's explicit consent. A series moving the wrong way is raised to you.

Tiers

Three tiers, named after how you work

  • Gym Coach

You train people in a room, and you want the admin off your plate.

  • Hybrid Coach

    Most coaches

Half your roster is online, and you build the programs they follow.

  • Online Coach

You coach remotely, and their health data is the relationship.

Compare the three tiers

By design

Built narrow, so it fits what you already use

onTrainer does a few things completely and leaves the rest to the tools you already chose.

  • Your conversations stay yoursClients keep messaging you where they already do.
  • Any video tool you likePaste the meeting link you already pay for.
  • Your data stays portableClients, programs and history export whenever you want.

Questions

Questions coaches actually ask

The ones that come up on every call, answered the way we would answer them on the call.

Do my clients have to pay onTrainer?

No. The app is free for them. Your clients pay you the way they already do, and you record it against their plan. You are the only one with a subscription.

Is it one app or two?

One. Your clients install the same app you do, and it shows them their side of it: what they are doing today, what they have booked, and what credit they have left.

How do online sessions work?

You paste the meeting link into the session. Your client sees it on their booking, gets the reminder, and taps through at the right time. Any tool you already use will do.

Where is my data stored?

In the EU. Health and medical data is treated as the most sensitive kind of personal data there is, and each workspace is isolated from the others at the database level.

What if I move to a lower tier?

Your programs and check-ins stay visible and become read-only until you move back up. Nothing is deleted, with one exception: leaving Online Coach removes health history, and we show you exactly what will go before you confirm.

Try it with three clients this week

No card. Move three real clients across, run a week of bookings, and decide from there.
